Arrive in Split, where you are met and transferred to your hotel. This evening, join your resident Tour Director and fellow guests for a welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Split | Palace of Diocletian
Tour Split, starting with the third-century Palace of Diocletian, and view St. Dominus Cathedral next door. Stroll Split’s Old Town and palm-lined harbor-front promenade. This evening, enjoy dinner with a klapa concert.

Day 3: Hvar | Historic Waterfront Splendors
Travel like a local by public ferry along the stunning Dalmatian coastline to picturesque Hvar, where Venetian palaces are hidden among narrow backstreets. Discover the island’s rural beauty and explore the fishing village of Vrboska. Visit a family-owned winery for a wine tasting and lunch with a family member. Explore the town’s center, built by the Venetian Doges, with your guide. View the gleaming limestone walls of Spanjol Fortress, the Cathedral and the Arsenal. Enjoy harbor views across the Adriatic Sea.

Day 4: Ston/Dubrovnik | Oysters and the Old City
Head to Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic,, stopping en route in Ston, renowned for its oysters. Eat lunch in a typical Dalmatian restaurant and sample Ston’s famous mollusks if you like. In Dubrovnik, check into your hotel. Heavily damaged in 1990s conflicts, the old city of Dubrovnik has been restored to glory and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5: Dubrovnik/Cavtat | Guided Walking Tour
Walk Dubrovnik with your local guide to see the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries, the Rector’s Palace and Dubrovnik Cathedral. Ride a cable car to the top of Mount Srd for fantastic views of the city. After lunch at leisure, drive to the tranquil port town of Cavtat. Return to romantic Dubrovnik for an evening to enjoy on your own.

Day 6: Kotor, Montenegro/Dubrovnik | Island Church
Spend a full day in Montenegro, visiting the old Venetian town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded by the Romans. Visit its 12th-century cathedral and charming Maritime Museum. Later, drive out to the beautiful Bokar-Kotor fjord and enjoy lunch before taking a boat out to the tiny Church of Our Lady of the Rocks, perched on a small island. Return to Dubrovnik and, this evening, gather for a farewell dinner in a fine local restaurant

Day 7: Depart Dubrovnik
