Days 4-5: Ngorongoro Crater | Natural Amphitheater Before departing, take another morning game drive through Tarangire National Park. Fly to Manyara, and transfer to your hotel at Ngorongoro Crater, where high tea awaits. Ngorongoro, a collapsed caldera, contains a wealth of wildlife. Spend two days amid its beauty, during which you may descend to the short grass prairies, a haven for lions, elephants, hyenas, wildebeests and gazelles. Watch for pink flamingos as they flock to the crater lake, and notice the vast array of other birds that call Ngorongoro home.
