Hokkaido

Hokkaido is the second biggest island in Japan, located in the north of Honshu Island. There is an tunnel under the ocean connecting Hokkaido and Honshu. The weather in the summers is mild, but very cold in the winters. Most visit in the summers for that reason.

Sapporo is the Capital City of Hokkaido Island and is where the famous Saporro Brewery is located.

Hokkaido Island is prone to earthquakes and has six active volcanoes. Hokkaido is rich in natural beauty with six awesome National Parks and numerous other parks. Bring your camera or you’ll regret it.
