DESTINATION

Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is located on the southwest coast of Mahé, the granite-filled main island of the Seychelles, known for its white powder beaches and dramatic rock formations. Situated on a lush hillside, it’s the perfect setting that combines bliss with isolation.

Located near the East African coast, the Seychelles form an archipelago of 115 islands, scattered across the Indian Ocean. The islands maintain a vibrant ethnic diversity and a strong French Creole influence is evident in culture, custom and cuisine. The official languages are French and English, along with Seychellois Creole. The time zone is just four hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time, which means minimal jet lag and less downtime when arriving from European and Asian destinations.

DINING

Diverse flavours capture the cultural mix of the Seychelles. Four Seasons Resort fine dining and cocktails are offered at two Seychelles restaurants and two lounges, set hillside and beachside.

Zez
Boasting spectacular ocean and sunset views from the top of the hillside, ZEZ is the perfect place to dine. A breakfast buffet offers continental and full American breakfast as well as daily specialties from around the world. An à la carte menu is also available. For dinner, the featured western cuisine delights our guests with contemporary interpretations of intercontinental cuisine, as well as delicate preparations of local fish. The restaurant’s open-air design takes full advantage of Seychelles’ warm, sunny weather.

Zez Lounge
Infused with warm and refined elegance, ZEZ Lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy sushi and sashimi, pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks. ZEZ maintains a wide selection of wines and cigars. Sheesha, a traditional Middle Eastern water pipe, is also available. Unwind or enjoy a lively conversation in a sophisticated atmosphere enhanced by views of the ocean.

Kannel
Stylish yet informal, Kannel serves Creole and international fare, featuring a variety of fresh fish and seafood. Enjoy its beach-side location, stunning open-air setting and spectacular views of the water.

Kannel Bar
Located next to the pool and close to the beach, the casual indoor-outdoor setting of Kannel Bar makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy light snacks, lunch and refreshing fruit drinks and cocktails.

SPA

High above the bay, the hilltop spa epitomises the Resort’s sense of tranquility and seclusion. Sip a delicious iced cinnamon and vanilla infusion as you take in the breathtaking view from the relaxation area, before you enjoy one of a range of facial, body or massage treatments in one of the seven individual and couple’s treatment pavilions. Indulge in a treatment at the beachside Spa Cabana, where the sea breeze and sound of the ocean will aid relaxation.
